We may require that a completed Letter of Destruction, verifying that you have removed and deleted all copies of the software, be completed before applying the refund.
Refunds will generally be applied directly to the credit card used to purchase the product.
If we can not refund the purchase to your credit card a company check will be sent within seven days.
